Strip the Old Roof

We remove old shingles and felt down to a clean deck, then inspect every square inch for rotten wood or damage.

Drip Edge, Felt & Ice Shield

We install CertainTeed WinterGuard ice and water shield in all valleys, around penetrations, chimneys, and overhangs. CertainTeed RoofRunner synthetic felt provides your last line of defense. Drip edge is installed per CertainTeed specifications — over felt at the eaves, under felt on the rakes.

New Shingles

Ridge Vent & Hip Shingles
